Hi Clare,

The main thing is that periodic gravity is not implemented - somebody would need to do this, and I have no particular desire to do so, e.g. using Ewald sums or FFTs.

The code doesn’t die because the sphere-in-box setup uses periodic boundaries + gravity, but the gravity across the boundaries is not implemented, so effectively the gravity boundary is a free boundary rather than periodic.

Best wishes,

Daniel

I compiled and ran it with gravity set to yes (and G=1), but it didn’t seem to make any difference to the default setup - perhaps I just need to increase the resolution and / or mass?
