Phantom v0.9 first public release

Dear Phantom users,

I am delighted to announce the first public release of Phantom, coinciding with the submission of the code paper to PASA. A few things are important:

1) the code is available either as a tarball from the website:

https://phantomsph.bitbucket.io/

Or from the (now public) bitbucket site:

https://bitbucket.org/danielprice/phantom

2) the old repository has been archived (https://bitbucket.org/danielprice/phantom-archived), since from now on all commits to the phantom repo will be public. This means you need a FRESH copy, as the history is disconnected from the old code.

3) paper will appear on arXiv tomorrow, further comments welcome. Please cite it in your publications.

PS: v0.9.x will refer to versions prior to the paper being accepted. Upon acceptance it will become v1.0.
