I'm testing a real navigation in e-business website , using PhantomJS,Selenium In java

All my test are Ok 

but when I want to access to a payment page like Paypal or Sips , The page can't be loaded

does PhantomJs need a Certificate to Access to a payment page as Paypal or Sips?
