Screen grab with blurred parts of page in PhantomJs 1.x??

Hello,

I've been trying to capture some pages into .png/.jpg.

BUT I need some parts of the pages to be blurred.

Apparently in Phantomjs 1.x, css filters are not working. Tried to compile PhantomJs 2 but have many issues with this process.

Question: any way to blur parts of a page and have it correctly captured PhantomJs 1.x?
