Removing "Producer" field of PDF Generator

Hey everyone,

we're currently using PhantomJS for PDF generation. As we now found out PDFs generated by PhantomJS contain a "Producer" metadata field which, in our case, contains the value "Qt 5.5.1".

Any ideas on how we can override or just get rid of this field?
