phantomjs's webserver is limited to 10 requests at once. I'd like to be able to increase this :)
A simple patch would set num_threads using the options object that is currently used for enable_keep_alive, but it might be better to allow any Mongoose option to be set. What is your opinion?
I've updated the wiki to document the current connection limit.
