PhantomJS use case that fails

1. Start driver on main page.

2. Switch to iframe inside main page. Let's use an iframe with a login form as an example.

3. After you do actions in the iframe, if an action causes the iframe to disappear (for example, after you login the login form disappears), your driver crashes.

Please fix this, there's no workaround since Javascript cannot access cross-origin frames
