Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules and custom applications. Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions for Client's projects. Configure workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations meeting Client's, DIR and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) specifications and agency standards.  Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and ITSM goals.

Years Required/Preferred Experience
8 Required Senior ServiceNow Developer experienced in enterprise-level ServiceNow development
7 Required Proficient in scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies.
7 Required Script includes, Flow Designer, and configuring ITSM modules such as incident, change, and request
7 Required Experience with ServiceNow administration and updates.
5 Preferred Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST,SOAP,MID Server) CMDB or HRSD modules
5 Preferred Scoped application development, instance administration, upgrades, and ITIL v3/v4 practices
