UR Solutions is an IT consultancy firm that specializes in Linux and open source solutions and we are growing and evolving! From a small family-run outfit, we are evolving to provide enterprise-grade IT infrastructure support, and we are now a Red Hat Advanced Business Partner. Currently we are looking for a Project Manager to handle projects on a full-time basis.

Project Manager Job Description:

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to Project Sponsor.
- Effectively applies Project Management Methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes exposure and risk on project(s).
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Project Accounting

Position Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in IT or Business-related courses
- At least 2 years experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
