Dear Chanakyas
Warm greetings
As we are coming towards the end of the last term of this program, it is my pleasant task to write to you again, on the last set of things that need done by you towards the successful completion of the program
1. The Project work –
a. as you are all aware, and as intimated by me in one of the past email, the project work is equal to two courses of 3*2= 6 credits in this program, besides forming an important value component of this program for you and your employer that could perhaps be much beyond its academic value alone.
b. This needs to be wrapped up before the 15th of April 2014 latest. Of course, several of you have already been turning in your final reports.
c. This then needs to be sent for formal academic evaluation and the assessments obtained from the faculty coordinating this
d. Baskar is sending out a google form for you to give details of expected submission. Pl fill that up on priority, to enable us to know your status
e. Kindly note that there shall be NO extensions beyond this date, which means that those who default here will fail the program itself, since it would tantamount to getting 2 Fs
2. Any other pending submissions for any other course by anyone in the class – need to be also wrapped up before this date. Baskar will be reaching out to those that have any such backlogs. Pl make sure that there are no pending things from your side beyond the 15th april ’14, as there is a due process beyond that, for the final academic performance to be known, and the mark/grade sheet & the degree certificates to emerge for each of you in time for our convocation that would come up in July ’14.
3. Whoever might have any pending payments towards any component of the program – tuition fees, residency related expenses charges, etc., also need to ensure that everything is cleared within this period of the next two weeks, so as to have a smooth graduation from this program, as anyone with backlogs would not be able to graduate in the convocation. Those of you that have anything pending in this regard is/are requested to take it up with your management for speedy action. Baskar will be happy to support you in this regard for any details needed from our side
