PGXN pages broken

Hi all.

The PGXN documentation pages seem to be misbehaving.

Trying to access https://pgxn.org/dist/plv8/doc/plv8.html and it gets only half rendered. 

It stops abruptly in the middle of an SQL statement. 

Attached screenshot what it looks like.

Yeah, the PLv8 docs were using GitHub-flavored Markdown, which PGXN does not support. I fixed it here:

https://github.com/plv8/plv8/pull/232

Should be fixed when Jerry next does a release.

What David says is correct - I've been waiting for one final feature to be finished before doing another release (I didn't want to do a documentation only release).
