Missing updated version 2.0.3 of tds_fdw

I was looking for the updated version of tds_fdw and it seems that it isn't pulling the newer versions, because the most current version in pgxn is 1.0.2

There is the proper META.json file in the root of the repository https://github.com/tds-fdw/tds_fdw/blob/master/META.json

I am not affilitated with the project, but just noticed this mistake
