Assalamu Alaikum and Good Afternoon dear Presidents,

PGSS-UTM is preparing for a leadership workshop for all its executives. 
The workshop is scheduled for the end of this month and hence we need all faculty presidents to submit their particulars along with the particulars of one active member from their faculty PGSS society.

The particulars should include: Name, Matric Number, Faculty, Phone number, and email address.
The particulars should be submitted to the Secretary of PGSS Abdulrahman Mohamad Kasim on or before the 13th of September 2012 by 2:00pm.This is in order  to finalize the preparation of the event.

Note  1. : The tentative date for the leadership workshop is 28th-30th September 2012.
Note  2. : A total of two representatives from each faculty including the president is required.
