Assalamu Alaikum and Good Afternoon Dear President,

Firstly, If your have participated during the new students registration exercise, kindly forward your name to me in order to compile the list and forward to Miss Aini to prepare our participation certificates.

Secondly,  I have collected the leadership workshop certificates from SPS, hence do contact me to collect your or your representatives copy.

Thirdly, our society adviser (AP. Dr. Sevia) had a surgery some weeks ago and I suggest that we find a suitable time to pay her a visit on behalf of PGSS.

Fourthly, Since after the workshop we havent had any meeting yet, therefore I suggest we have on soonest. The door is open for suggestion for a suitable date for the meeting.

I hope this email finds you in good health, the same goes to other presidents of fac.

Item 4: Meeting

I agree with this motion. My available dates are 14, 16, 19-23 November.

For that reason, the leadership certs can be distributed during this meeting.

And before the meeting take place, can we please have the Agenda Format from the Secretariat whereby all presidents can contribute to that Meeting Agenda? Whoever propose agenda for this meeting shall be responsible to elaborate it during the meeting.

Attached is the sample of format secretariat can use to solicit agenda from anyone called to the meeting.

Just my 2-cent opinion.
