Assalamu'alaikum wbkt, Good Morning, Salam Sejahtera & Salam 1 Malaysia..

Dear all UTM Postgraduate students,

Each student needs to have an email signature in their email, especially if you send an official email for an official/academic matter. It would be easy for us to contact you or help you solve your problem or find the information that you need. You should also cc your email to your supervisor.

Your email signature should include your full name, Matric No, Passport/IC No, Programme Code, Contact No, Other Email (if any), Your supervisor's name & your co-supervisor's name (if any), your research group and research alliance, and related web links. You can also add your post, for eg President, PGSS FKM etc. You can also insert your photo (look at my email signature below for an example).

For your information, SPS is now in the process of transformation. Students affairs and intake units are now under my job spec, while Research and Scholarship Unit is under Prof Safian Sharif(saf...@utm.my).
