Salam and a very good morning,

This is just a gentle reminder with regards of my previous email regarding our coming AGM on the 29th of May 2013 at Lecture Room 3, SPS F54 UTM at 9 AM.

As i have mentioned earlier, aside from appointing the new PGSSUTM Committee, we also need to dissolve the previous committee and SPS wants to show our gratitude by presenting the previous committee members with certificates and a token of appreciation from us.

SPS also wants to recognise the hard work been done by presenting best society award to the most active faculty. In order to do this, we need complete reports from you guys.

However, due to a very slow response, SPS has decided to choose the best society based on the records here in SPS and will be announced during the meeting.

I am also waiting for confirmation from you guys who will be unable to attend the meeting. Until now only Ahmad Hafidz from FKK have responded not able to attend the meeting. Hopefully the remaining Committe mebers would be able to respond ASAP whether they are coming or not.
