Dear brothers and sisters,
In conjunction with the ICBIOE 2011 which will be held in the middle of next month, the Proceedings, Publication and Programme Book Comittee which is being chaired by Dr. Ma'an Fahmi Rashid Al-Khatib would like to kindly request more volunteers from all postgraduates students from the Department of Biotechnology Engineering.
We are really in need of volunteers to participate this Friday (22/04/2011) at 9am with us. We shall all gathered with our own laptops at the mentioned day and time to do editting work. This needs to be done for all 126 journal papers submitted for the conference. The main work here will include standardization of the format (according to the template; changing of fonts, sizes and allignments), include headers, converting all word files into PDF's and etc. As you can see, this task requires many to participate in order to ensure the smooth going of the flow.
Please... I would like to urge you to come by and help. The venue would be confirmed to you later. Please do e-mail me as soon as possible before Friday (by today or tomorrow), if you are able to lend a hand to confirm. Certificate of appreciation will insyaAllah be given to all who will be participating. May Allah rewards all your efforts and your good will. Hope your Friday will be a blessed one insyaAllah.
