Can I have commit access, please?

Hi everyone,

I've submitted a bunch of bug fixes in the last couple of months, but
gotten no response. I guess that means that all the committers are busy.

Can I please have commit rights to the repository, so that I can go
ahead and commit the fixes myself? I probably will submit more fixes in
the future, too.

Also, anyone have an opinion on migrating to git?
(http://www.postgresql.org/message-id/514327A0...@vmware.com). If
no-one objects to that plan, I can do the grunt work for that too.

If there are no objections from either of the Hiroshi's, I'll do this
in a day or so (I'm travelling, so can't be more specific at the
moment I'm afraid).

You can probably guess that I think we should do it ASAP, but I'm not
actively working on psqlODBC these days so it's really not my
decision. Hiroshi/Hiroshi - what do you think?
