Can not stop vacuum process

1. I have a high load process in my server as below.
postgres 18988 397 0.1 405948 11784 ? Ssl 13:35 34:40 ./Dp2N3cdf0048
2. Also Dp2N3cdf0048 file under posgresql home directory.
3. Many skipping vacuum log in posgtresql log, so I guess Dp2N3cdf0048 process is vacuum process.
4. Postresql is saying Dp2N3cdf0048 process is not postgresql process when i tried to kill from psql.
5. Dp2N3cdf0048 process is restared with different process id when I killed process from terminal.
Any idea and solution to fix this situation, pls.
