PGSA AGM & Hot Hot Supper 2014

This is to remind you that the AGM/Hot Pot Supper will be taking place on Friday 2nd May 2014, commencing at 7.30pm prompt at the Fulwood Conservative Club.  Ladies and guests are particularly welcome, and I have re-sent the Agenda with the relevant details (attached).

Those of you who have attended before will know that it is a splendid social occasion, complemented by the excellent hot pot/apple pie and cream, and perhaps some light liquid refreshment!  If you do intend to come I should be grateful if you would inform Phil as soon as possible, so that he can finalise the catering arrangements with our Events Organiser Jim Goring(this is particularly important for Association Officers).  If you aren't sure whether you have already let him know, it's better to do so twice!  The cost, as ever, will be £5.00 per head, payable on the night (preferably in cash).
