OBITUARY: DR. D P OAKLEY JP

 

 

It is with deep regret that the Association has to announce the passing of Donald Oakley, at the age of 90, on Monday 23rd December 2013.  The Funeral Service took place at the United Reformed Church in Fulwood on Thursday 2nd January 2014, prior to committal at Preston Crematorium.

 

Donald was a retired Consultant Psychiatrist and a Magistrate.  His exact School dates are not known, but he was a Life Member of the Association, and our thoughts and best wishes go out to his family, friends and colleagues at this very sad time.
