Obituary: Alick Hadwen

This is to announce that Alick Hadwen (Goodair, 1949-54) passed away on 27th May 2014.  As an active participant he was well-known to other members of the Association, and he was a keen researcher on subjects related to Preston Grammar School.  He contributed much to the PGSA Website, including the School Rolls and the War details of former pupils.  He will be sadly missed, and the thoughts of the Association go out to his family, friends and colleagues at this sad time.

 

The service will be held at Preston Crematorium on Thursday 5th June at 12 noon, and Alick's family will be pleased to see any Old Boys/Members of the Association who would like/are able to attend.
