Dear Member,

It is with deep regret that I have to announce the sudden passing, at the age of 80, of William Bryan Jackson (Thornley, 1942-1947). As you may know, Bryan lived in St Etienne de Gourgas, and those of you who attended the Annual Dinner last year will no doubt have seen him there.

I have no other details at this stage, and I would imagine that any Service would be held in France. However, it goes without saying that the thoughts of the Association and all its Members go out to his family and friends at this very sad time.
