You might have seen on the AMGA Professional Members Forum a post from Alex, the AMGA Executive Director, sharing the final accident report of Gary Falk, who died last summer while guiding the Owen-Spalding Route on the Grand Teton.
Here's an online article from a favorite outdoor source, the Adventure Journal, that really makes the whole thing digestible. Good reading. And food for thought.
