In attempting to stick to the 10 sec rule during our intros towards the end, I missed mentioning few things I wanted to:

 

1)   Two outcomes  I would certainly like from this program - 1) is to become very comfortable in new environments and situations. This is not very active so far. I have requested Niharica and Krishna to reinvigorate this. We can also link twitter with facebook, so we don't have to duplicate the update process. Those of you on twitter, please follow this id (@PGPMAX) and you can ofcourse follow me too :-) (my id is @rnyayapati).

Guys...

Its not even 24 hours since we all parted! I have been flooded with the mails already. It only gives an idea of the bonding strength... and it also gives a trailer of what's going to come!

It all started with an offer letter handed over to me on arrival. 

It said "Congratulations!". 

There was already a WoW factor in it... as if I was longing to hear it from an Authentic Authority! :)

It went on to say... We are delighted to inform you that on the basis of a comprehensive and careful evaluation process, you have been offered admission to the ISB's PGPMAX...

It continued to say... that my profile will add significant value to the diversity as well as outstanding talent and significant achievements represented by the participants and will give a valuable perspective to the classroom... Brilliant!

So True!!! 

After meeting and interacting with all you guys and hearing you all briefly, I now feel so proud to be part of this Unique Class of 2014.

Looking at the distribution of the class, I did notice that I am on the upper side of the age. However, as my doctor always said that I am 15 years younger than my age which I always believed too, brought me back to the Mean Age of the class. Guys..I have already planned to use the Double Declining method of Depreciation in recording the value of this asset in my life for obvious reasons!!! :)

Afterall, end of the day remember its not about how much money we all made or lost or what degrees we got. Its all about the Joyous Experience... the time spent and enjoyed together will always matter and will be the measure of our Success!

As I mentioned earlier in one of my emails, lets enjoy the time spent together in this journey and thereafter.. its that quantum jump we are experiencing in our lives for which we probably not only waited for but craved for till now!!! We have all chosen this journey consciously without the knowledge of who we are going to walk with... only we knew in the back of our minds that we will meet like minded people who are highly talented, successful in their diverse fields and who have decided to join this Class at the same time as We did... means we are connected in terms of ENERGY DYNAMICS.
Sounds very philosophical... yes, but every bit is true! 

We have spent precious time of our lives studying and working in various disciplines... Specializations... encountered Obstacles & Problems, sometimes won sometimes lost but still came out successfully!  

Right!

That's the Experience...  Experience which we are going to share with each other NOW onwards!

So friends, as most of you who met me and heard me speaking about the Whole Brain Thinking Approach in life know my passion for doing the interactive sessions on this subject in various forums. Originally designed for CEOs and Top Management Teams, I have been able to successfully customize these (otherwise expensive) sessions for everyone to benefit from this...  though great fun to do it along with the respective spouses...we will find a right time during our 1st term (sadly without them) preferably early enough to benefit from it during the course! It takes around one and a half hour in total.. I am sure we will find that time... and you all will be willing!!!

It was really fantastic 2 days.  Few things:   In attempting to stick to the 10 sec rule during our intros towards the end, I missed mentioning few things I wanted to:   1)   Two outcomes  I would certainly like from this program - 1) is to become very comfortable in new environments and situations. Having spent so long in the same org and even if  I change roles/depts. internally, there is a certain comfort zone I got used to. I would like to break from that and test myself in newer situations. I am hoping the assignments will give that opportunity and will look forward to all your help if I screw up somewhere (:-)). b) Second and this is more important, having got the tag as a veteran in my circles, I have been missing candid feedback for few years now. I will look forward to help from all of you in getting constructive feedback during the progam.   2) Another point I would like to bring to all your attention - I believe there is lot of scope to improve the perception/branding of pgpmax in the market place, especially in the social media. While there are 2 facebook pages, I think Twitter is a more powerful medium for professional updates. There is already a twitter handle called ISB PGPMAX (id is @PGPMAX). This is not very active so far. I have requested Niharica and Krishna to reinvigorate this. We can also link twitter with facebook, so we don't have to duplicate the update process. Thse two days and certainly one of my best two days in the life. I am proud to have you all as my friend and continue to cherish our relationship hereon.

phew...able to configure the isb email on my iphone. Steps followed as below:

1. go to settings. select "mails, contacts, calenders"

2. select "add accounts"

3. select gmail

4. on gmail screen following fields to be entered:

4.1 Name <any name u want to identify the mail box eg. PGPMAX>

4.2 email <x...@pgpmax.isb.edu>

4.3 password <already provided to you. else contact pgpmax office>

4.4 Description <pgpmax>

It's better to first log in to gmail using a laptop/destop and access email/ change password.

Give a few hours before attempting the above.

Technology replication, I guess is taking few hours :-)

Log out from gmail

Go to google.com

Click on sign in

Enter Isb userid(email Id). And password

Then click on mail

If your password does not work then email Titus (from Isb tech support)
