Reach chennai by 20th Nov before noon

The rates are given below . As this is season time we will need to book ASAP. Say by 20th May .
the room rates includes all meals.

Also note that we will be planning an itinerary during the stay where we will arrange some sightseeing nearby.
Also on the gala dinner we are having at a Farm House with Live band / DJ etc..

Hoping to beat last years attendance !

At the outset, I would like to thank you for your time. Kindly allow me to introduce myself, Ravi Iyengar, Deputy Sales Manager at Vivanta by Taj – Fisherman’s Cove.
 
This is further to the below mail(s) regarding your proposed residential conference in Nov/Dec’15. We understand your concern about the increase in rates, however please note that the rates quoted by Vinod were valid till 24th Dec 2014. At that point of time, we would have liked to close this booking and the necessary contracting done to avail the special rate given a year in advance. As you will know, advance bookings/purchases do have their advantage of maximum discounts for the early bookings. 
 
Kindly note, due to increase in rates of several inputs at the operational level coupled with new tax revisions, we are compelled to increase the rates which is unavoidable. In an effort to not compromise on the quality and service, we are taking this initiative. We hope that you understand our situation. 
 
We are pleased to send the revised room rates as below. The other details remain same as per Ms Usha’s mail today morning.

  • Wi-Fi, Cocktail snacks, Soft Beverages, Beer, Soda, Soft Drinks, Juices, Activities and Audio Visual will be charged extra on actuals.
  • All beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, must be procured from the hotel  These will be charged as per consumption on per bottle rates. Beverages procured from external sources are not allowed in the hotel. The service of liquor is subjected to availability of licenses and would adhere to the statutory rules laid down for this including adherence to service timings and age. 
 
  • Entertainment options involving high volume levels (especially DJ, live bands etc) would not be permissible at open venues due to noise disturbance to resident guests. However, on request, the same can be arranged at indoor venues (subject to availability) either by event management companies or by the hotel on a chargeable basis. Music Cut off time by 2130 hrs .  

 

  • All Dj’s to be carried with PPL Lic/Mandatory Dance Floor/DG set /Full Setup. If DJ organized by the hotel,  DJ Charges including license will be @ 60,000+12.36% taxes.
 
  • Venue decoration will be charged extra as per your specification.
 
  • Our Standard Check-in time is 1400 hrs and Check-out is 1200 hrs.
 
  • Allocation of twin rooms will be only subject to availability.
 
  • Airport transfers can be arranged on  an additional cost of Rs.3400 one way per Car by Toyota Innova . To arrange the same. Kindly let us know minimum of 7 days before the arrival date.
 
PAYMENT TERMS :
 
·         50% advance to be paid within 3 days upon confirmation & signing the contract .
·         The balance full payment to be made 30 days prior to the date of check-in.
 
 
The above mail is an indication of the availability and rates only and not a formal offer. Currently rooms and banquet venues are available, but not blocked. We have made multiple offers on above requested dates ,we will take this on first confirmation basis or will be subject to availability on confirmation.. Do send us a line of confirmation from your side on the above proposition on or before 14th May, 2015, so that we can send you a detailed contract from our side and have the rooms & banquet venues blocked accordingly.
