Dear Students,
Please follow the instruction for writing the assignment as described below

Instructions for writing assignments – PGS 506

1.      The assignment should consist of a minimum of 10 pages. Use only A4 size sheets for your assignment and submit it in a stick file.

2.      Students are strictly advised to stick to the deadline. Assignments submitted after the deadline will not be evaluated.

3.      References shall be based on credible and authenticated resources such as textbooks, research/review papers, and government official websites. These sources should be properly cited and referenced at the end of the assignment.

4.      Structure your assignment appropriately, including an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Use headings and subheadings to organize your content effectively.

5.      Use a formal and academic writing style throughout the assignment. Avoid using colloquial language or slang words.

6.      Support your statements with evidence from the live resources you have referred to. This helps to strengthen your work.

7.      Use proper referencing and citation styles, such as APA, MLA, or Harvard.

8.      Ensure that your assignment is well-structured and coherent, with logical transitions between paragraphs and ideas.

9.      Proofread your assignment thoroughly to eliminate any grammatical or spelling errors. It is recommended to peer review  for clarity and coherence.

10.  Plagiarism is strictly prohibited

11.  The assignment must be handwritten. Please write legibly and neatly to ensure that your work is easily readable and understandable by the internal and external examiner during your examination. Remember to use appropriate spacing and indentation to enhance the clarity and organization of your written work.

12.  Use visuals, such as figures, charts, graphs, or tables, where appropriate, to enhance the presentation and understanding of your data or information.

Best
