pgmag #02 : an optimistic roadmap

[PostgreSQL Magazine]

Hi guys,

I'm still struggling to find time to give more love to the PostgreSQL
Magazine project ! However the fact that PostGIS 2.1 will be released
soon is pushing me to launch the issue #02 quickly, because spatial data
will be the big topic of this release.

I'm currently gathering content from various blogs and contacting
authors to get their authorization to publish their content. I have some
contacts inside the PostGIS community but i'd be happy if someone could
help me on that part.

My goal is to follow this unofficial roadmap :

* july : gathering the authorizations
* aug. : editing articles
* sept. : proofreading
* sept./oct. : layout editing (scribus)
* oct. : last check / printing / official release

Not sure if we can make it but i'd like publish before PG Conference Europe.

As always help is more than welcome !
