Thank you very much for your email message. According to the information from the attachment and discussions in the last SMT meeting, I have noted that you are already given the notice to the Field Officer of Aungban and not recommend to continue his service agreement as Field Officer. Thus, I will inform to Admin/HR unit for further arrangement and conduct necessary procedures accordingly.
Dear Ma Nwe Zin,
I would like to inform you that the Aungban field manager, has presented her impression with the field officer assigned in Aungban as per the attachment file. This issue has also been discussed at the SMT meeting and the members agree to terminate the contract with the field officer after giving one month notice. Thus, I would like to request your kind guidance and approval so as to continue necessary process.
