URGENT : : Request negotiation support for Task Assignment and information

Dear Saya U Mya Win,

Referring to the recent phone call from the U Min Kyi Zin, Field Officer of Pathein Project site, mentioning that he has difficulties accepting the revised Job Description and related works.  I am really sorry to see the inconveniences again as the SMT is organized to review and minimize the disagreements based on the previous issues raised with the Job Description.

At present, I advised Ko Kyi Zin, Field Officer of Pathein to write an official letter to you with the points that he can not accept. I explained him the process of restructuring and dependance of the budget availability and approval of PR. Anyhow, he  want to see the clear cut answer with time bound arrangements upon his request.

Thus, may I  kindly request you to provide negotiation supports as temporarily solution with the purpose of smooth implementation with fairness on the duty allocation of the each staffs. Please also let me know the progress updates. Then, I will request to have SMT again for further decision with regard to the JD disagreements and if required this issue will be raised to PR with the purpose of smooth implementation of the project
