Updates information for the GFATM Project

Dear Field Managers and All,

Firstly, I would like to inform you all that PGK will have 3 month extended project agreement with the UNOPS for the Global Fund for the period 1st April 2013 to 30th June 2013. The agreement will be affective just after signing the signatory of the Chairperson/EC on behalf of PGK. Thus, the financial requests of the field sites and yangon office for the April to June 2013 period will be checked with the new agreement between PGK and UNOPS. Related personals both from field sites and Yangon will be contacted to made necessary adjustments of budget as PGK if required.

Secondly, I would like to request kind supports of the field managers, with regard to the support costs for the Care Givers as it has already been requested to wait for approval for disbursement of cash to the Care Givers. We have been waiting the response from PR UNOPS for further decision with regard to this case but the PR has not yet response till now. Thus, I really do apologize for delay and will be contacted back again as soon as the response from PR is received.

Thirdly, the service agreements for the staffs of the project will be extended for next 3 months starting from 1st April 2013 to 30th June 2013 with reference to the guidance of the Executive Director, our Admin/HR officer will contact you all for individual service contract extension soon.

PGK received the amendment MoA and related documents from UNOPS today afternoon and requested to be return one copy after signing from PGK chairperson Daw Than Than Nu.

Since our chairperson, Teacher Daw Than Than Nu is now sick due to the car accident and can not work for our organization at present, I would like to request your kind favor to and supports for the MoA signing arrangements.

Since PGK need to return the signed MoA and related documents not latter than 31st March 2013, your kind and timely support would be very much appreciated.

Could you please kindly provide followup support and make sure that the documents are return to UNOPS as requested. Thanks.
