Referring the procurement of RICE for PGK, the supplier “Ayeyarwaddy Rice, Paddy and Other Crops” was awarded the supply with the amount of MMK 25,800,000.

Detailed information regarding the budget code, total expense and delivery detail are mentioned in the attachment.

Previously we have used the inspection service charges MMK 420,000 under the budget line 1.5.1.10.03.

We have already noticed that total expense including the transportation charges can still cover under the budget line 1.5.1.10.03.
Therefore kindly let us know your confirmation if we can use total amount under this budget line.

In order to proceed the process without delay, we would like to request you to let us know your kind confirmation/feedback finally tomorrow.
