Dear Ma Nwe Zin,
Referring to our discussion in the meeting with PR, I hereby prepared first draft for the Budget Overspent due to Study Leave for Dr. Kyi Zaw Win with request for approval letter to Dr. Faisal. The letter is drafted with given clue of Dr. Faisal and I did not add fats so as to get focus with the issue. It would be great if you could kindly review and polish it up and submit to PR for further process. Thank you very much for your kind supports.

Dear Dr. Faisal,
According to the HR Policy of PGK, PGK has to pay study leave to our Medical Programme Officer, Dr. Kyi Zaw Win, who went for further study to Thailand. Since he has been working with the organization for more than two years, he is entitled to received 3 months study leave with full salary. Thus, PGK has given the salary for him under the Global Fund Project without receiving the approval from PR.
Thus, PGK would like to request retroactive approval of PR especially for the salary for the Dr. Kyi Zaw Win, Medical Programme Officer given during the study leave period.
According to the feedback and inputs of PR, PGK has been taken this case as a lesson learn.
In future, PGK will request the advance approval and will never use the budget until the approval is officially received from PR and the Global Fund.
