We are processing the Award Documents to officially sign the awards. In this regard, bank details from you is required for financial operation procedure , and therefore kindly send us the following documents for our record:

 

1.      Please full up the Direct Deposit Form (attached), seal, sign by organization signing authority, and send the scan copy to Embassy

2.      Please scan a cover page of your bank (MFTB or Private Bank) and scan copy to Embassy

3.      A relationship letter that explains the relationship between the organization and authorized account name. The letter should carry organization logo and signed by signing authority.
