pGina plugin to validate certificate against ldap / AC Server

Hello,
I'm trying to create a plugin based on LDAP core plugin to validate users with an smartcard that stores an X509 certificate under a token.
When I test the .Net libraries called CNG cryptographic next generation in pGina tester works, but doing the test with the pgina Service or trying at windows logon it gets stucked and I need to kill the process.
I see nothing on error logs. And so, On pGina 3 are limitations on the libraries that we can use? , anyone has done something similar, maybe with smart cards?
