Change password problem

I have already installed 3.2.4.1, 3.2.4.0 and have problem with change password functionality.

On Win10 everything is OK, but on Win7 when I click "change password" from C+A+D there is no pGina tile to select.

I tried install as clean and export registry setting from win10 to win7 and still nothing.

LocalMachine, LDAP, and myOwn plugin doesn't work on Win7.

Please help.
