Installing pGina in an air-gapped network

I would like to make a Win10 client be an LDAP client to an LDAP server in this air gapped network. 

in this Win10 host, I have already installed vcredist_x86 and x64 (2013 version)

When running pGinaSetup-3.1.8.0.exe, it asks to download those packages, but for the 2012 version.

Obviously it won't be able to reach through the internet to get those packages, how do I go about installing pGina in this air-gapped environment?
