Popup screen after successfully login

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to popup a full screen Window/Form, after Login (credential provider) success but before reaching to Desktop.

I have developed a form in c#.net windows application and tried a lot to display after Login Success, it doesn't work. Exe will execute as per the task bar but form wont be visible.

Any help would be appreciated.
