Swimming Pool Policy & Rules & Regulations:
Usage of Swimming Pool with Proper Nylon Swim suit of your Own @ Rs 100/- Per Person (for 2 Hours)
Swimming Costume for Men @ Rs. 100 /Net and For Women @ Rs.450 will be charged extra if Need.
· Hours of Pool operation are from 06.00 am to 09.00 am & 06.00pm to 08.00pm (only for Residential staying Guest) For Other Day Outing
Guest 10.00 am to 06.00 pm
· People with long hair must wear a Swimming cap.
· Swimming Costume are must to Use the Pool, For Gents Only Nylon Shorts, for ladies Proper Nylon Swim Suit are allowed, ( Person’s wearing T- Shirt, Pant, salwar-Kameez, Chudidar, saree, Night dress, Etc are Strictly not allowed to Use the Pool)
· Swimming Costumes are Mandatory to use Pool. So The Guest’s are requested to Bring their Own Costumes,
· For Hygiene reasons, all persons are requested to take a shower before using Swimming Pool facility.
· Children’s below 14 years must be accompanied by their Parents / swimwear, Kids Below 4 Years are Not allowed to Use Pool.
· Diving and Running is not permitted. Pool users are requested to maintain decorum at all times.
· Persons under the influence of alcohol / drugs are not allowed to use the Pool Facility’s.
· Kindly keep all your valuables safe with yourself, management cannot be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property left at
the swimming pool premises.
· All swimming Pool payments should be settled at the Club reception before using the Facility’s.
· Drinking Alcohol, Smoking, Spitting, Making Noise, are not allowed in the Pool area.
· Food and Beverages from outside the Resort is not allowed to have at Pool Area.
· Pets, Attendants, Drivers, Servants or Associates are not permitted in the swimming pool premises.
· Persons suffering from any Disease / Skin Disorder are not permitted to use the Swimming Pool.
· Guests swim at their own risk and the Resort will not be responsible for any injuries while using the Resort facilities.
· Swimming pool Will be Closed for Maintenance Reason on Every Monday.
· These rules and regulations are subject to change any time without Prior notice.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
· Banquet Hall will be allotted as Complimentary in First Come First Serve Basis for a Minimum Guaranteed Pax of 50 And above, Or Else People Less than 50 Pax will be Charged @ Rs 8000/- per session ( Max 9 Hrs) & Additional Hours @ Rs 1000/- Per hour will be applicable,
· Kerala Ayurvedic Massage & Spa Facility is Available @ Chargeable basis, for booking / appointment please call our Reception Ph: 04437470800.
· Child Below 5 Years are Complimentary, Age Between 5 to 12 Years will be charged @ Rs 375/- for Lunch (or) Dinner alone, & above 12 Years will be Charged full rates as per the Quote.
· Food will be served in the coffee shop in Time Slot Basis,
· All your group day activities can be Conducted in the Open lawn area,
· Other Indoor and Outdoor Games Activities will be common to everyone In First come First Serve Basis.
· Outside Food & Beverage are strictly not allowed Inside of our Resort Premises.
· Only Residential Guest can carry Their Own Drink and the same can be Consumed Only In Side of their Room, Consuming Liquor in Public areas Including Banquet Hall, Open Lawn , Beach area, Etc. are Strictly Restricted.
· Games kits like, Cricket kit, Frisbee, Volley ball, Shuttle cork, Table Tennis, Chess, Snooker, and Carom etc can be collected from Games Department, on first come first serve basis.
· Snacks, Soft drinks, Sodas, Mineral water, Chilled Juices are available on Extra Chargeable Basis.
· Parking your vehicle at our premises at your Own Risk, Management will not be Responsible for any kind of Damage / Losses / Thief Incidents
In addition stickers or any other posters must be placed on the backdrop provided by you. No cello tape, scotch tape, doubles side or adhesive of any kind to be used
Cancellation of the booking after confirmation has to be done 10 days prior to the check in date, failing which retention charges shall be levied.
