The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking dedicated and passionate healthcare professionals to serve culturally
diverse tribal reservations and their communities at their state of the art hospitals and clinics. Phoenix Area IHS provides healthcare and community health services to approximately 170,000 American Indians/ Alaska Natives in Arizona, Nevada and Utah and
is a healthcare partner to more than 40 tribes.
- Our services are comprehensive and range from primary care (inpatient and outpatient) to a variety of specialty care.
- The Phoenix Area is comprised of eleven regional areas referred to as service units. Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), located near downtown Phoenix is the area’s largest healthcare facility.
