I was in Century 3 mall a month or two before pipes burst that January
(2020?) and the place closed up. It was cold inside, no heat. Maybe
low-mid 50's temps indoors. Perhaps a dozen shops open at best. There
were several people inside, but they all chose to use the mall as a
walking course indoors. The escalators were all off, and it just felt
flat-out eerie inside. Now, JC Penny is or already has closed, the last
anchor store. I presume the mall is fully dead now... how sad.
Probably won't be long until the building is leveled.
