Description: Seeking a highly motivated individual with operations experience in industrial distribution
who will be responsible for managing the operations of the Branch Office to include leading the inside sales team and developing strategies to grow business in the Allegheny and surrounding county market. In addition to leading/motivating the sales team and responsibility for everyday office operations, inventory control and profitability, the successful individual will take an active role with outside account responsibility. The position interacts closely with vendors/suppliers and those who provides technical support to the team; and would be the point person for customer relations issues involving major accounts
Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of industrial distribution sales experience. Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of electro-mechanical and power transmission equipment/products is required. Demonstrated leadership skills and a consistent record of profitable growth are needed.
