Description: Requisition ID 08-05974 Job Title Fleet Coordinator Job Category Operations Full / Part-Time Full time - Regular FLSA Status Non Exempt Shift 1st City Pittsburgh State / Province PA Country United States Job Description Position ProfileThe Fleet Coordinator coordinates large-scale fleets of business document output devices (printers, copiers and fax machines) at customer location(s) with a focus to maximizing uptime, utilization and user satisfaction while minimizing costs. Job Duties and Responsibilities * Maintain the business relationship between customer and IKON. * Responsible for the implementation and management of the IKON Service Excellence methodology and all associated services at all new IMS locations. * Manage implementations for multiple locations simultaneously. * Coordinates and directs all implementation activities including the disposition of space, the management of schedules and deliveries, the identification of special needs and the fulfillment of all requirements per the contract. * Maintains extensive knowledge of TRAC and other specialized systems designed for IMS utilization. * Directs the set-up of necessary billing/invoicing functions specific to the account. * Works with assigned manager to validate the scope of work * With the assigned manager, co-certifies the site upon completion of implementation. * Ensures quality and productivity standards are being met. * Assists in the installation of the sites specifically focusing on the procedural aspects and movements/placement of equipment * Engages IKON and/or third party resources to anticipate and prevent problems, as well as to remedy problems as they occur. * Acts as a supporting interface to outside contractors for management of performance issues. * Coordinates and tracks machine moves, machine removals and new machine installations. * Tracks machine lease expiration and/or projected end of service life dates, as required. * Coordinates the collection of periodic meter readings, including review and validation * Maintains/updates the TRAC Fleet Management databases and generates/distributes appropriate periodic reports. * Conducts periodic client satisfaction surveys. * Analyzes fleet printer utilization to ensure that each machines capabilities match the requirements of its actual use. * Makes recommendations for machine deployment, machine replacement, user training, etc. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications(Education, Experience and Certifications) * Requires high school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent computer skills required. * Possesses excellent customer service skills. * Possesses mathematical functions relative to business operations by adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing all units of measurement. * Requires 2 - 3 years of related experience. * Must be able to travel up to 50%.
