Description: A Payroll Director is being sought for a growing organization! This position is responsible for paying all employees, domestic and international, of the organization in a timely and accurate manner as well as the journalizing of salary expense to the general ledger. This position is also responsible for ensuring tax calculations and withholdings from all payrolls are accurate and filed in a timely manner. This position stays abreast of all benefit related tax requirements and initiates system changes as needed to comply with regulatory requirements. The Payroll Director also provides technical expertise and leadership in all payroll related areas to the organization in general as well as the payroll staff. This role directly supervises five employees with a dotted line of one other direct report.
