Marketing AFLAC insurance is the primary responsibility of associates,
who are compensated with a percentage of the sales they make. Once a
prospective business decides to implement the AFLAC program into its
employee benefits menu, AFLAC associates function as partners with the
client's human resources department. Associates furnish clients with
marketing materials to promote AFLAC's products on site, sign up
interested employees and help the client's human resources department
reconcile at least the first invoice sent from AFLAC's Worldwide
Headquarters. In addition, AFLAC associates play a major role in
answering the questions of individual employees on behalf of the human
resources department about AFLAC insurance products.

schedule, in a position with an earning potential of more than
$100,000 annually, not including the incentives, stock bonus and
excellent support structure we have in place for our sales associates.
