new codecs which shall be optimized for compression, scalability, and
error resiliency. One's responsibilities will include developing real-
time transcoders and filters for various media formats, designing and
implementing signal processing algorithms, and optimizing encoding for
network streaming.


The perfect candidate will have :
* A M.S./Ph.D in Math/EE or CS, or B.S. with 5+ years industry experience

* C/C++/Assembly developing experience
* Developing Codec for MPEG-4 experience (is a BIG BIG PLUS)
* Experience in any of the following is also a + :
H263, MPEG-1, REAL RS8, QuickTime, Microsoft ASF working on DSP and audio/
video compression technologies, Markov modeling experience, advanced intraframe
coding techniques, and temporal motion modeling experience are big ++'
