***Hardware Design Engineer ***

Individual to work with a team of engineers designing hardware for audio
and video teleconferencing systems. Will design and analyze digital circuits
and programmable logic, schematic entry, circuit board layout and hardware
checkout.

-Requires BSEE or MSEE 4+years electrical board level design experience.

-Familiarity with DSP circuit design, Assembly, C, PLD/FPGA design, designing
with JTAG, and Motorola processors desirable.
