SUBLET: One bedroom in a really spacious 3-bedroom apartment (almost
like a house coz we have the whole first floor to ourselves. The
other occupants use a separate side entrance)

BEDROOM FEATURES: Decent size with a bed, a chest of drawers, and
other furniture.

APARTMENT FEATURES: Very good looking place! Large living room,
dining room and a separate kitchen. Our own large front porch and
a smaller back porch -- just the stuff you need for summer! The
whole apartment is very well furnished (by us over the last two years)
and the kitchen is fully and equipped (incl. a dishwasher). Laundry
facilities available in the basement. Cable TV.

LOCATION: S Pacific Ave. in Bloomfield, Two blocks from CMU shuttle
stop at Center & Aiken. Nearest grocey store is "Food Gallery".
Convenience store in the same block (7-11). Overall a very nice
and quiet neighborhood, and a beautiful location!

SUBLET PERIOD: June 1st 1994 to August 31st, 1994

RENT: $195 (Cheap! and there's no catch!)

REQUIREMENTS: Non-smoker, should be clean!
