Arrivals and Housing

Looking forward to seeing you all for the Pittsburgh ringing course 31 July to 2 August.

All the students *have* been regularly working on the study for the course, at <http://tinyurl.com/opxpt5a>, right? And all the helpers should at least glance over it, too, please.

It was challenging to get the housing arranged, but I think it's done. Everyone (save Ross and Matt, who I presume will be sleeping in their own beds) should have received mail saying where they're staying and so on. If you (again excepting Ross and Matt, both of whom delight in being overly literal at times :-) didn't, please let me know ASAP.

The next step is travel, and when folks are arriving.

Is anyone planning to arrive in time for our Thursday practice on 30 July? We'd love to have you! If enough do we may be able to start it a little earlier than usual, too.

My understanding is that Ted, Susan L, Thomas and Phil are all driving together from Birmingham.

I also assume that Rob, Sue D, Chris, Lynn, Margaret, Meredith and Linda are all driving.

That still leaves some that may need rides from the airport. If you will not be arriving by car, please let me know your flight details and we'll arrange a ride.
