Hi Karl and everyone,
I'm encountering a bug which occurs when I use the Micro-Manager pgFocus plugin and attach a Runnable to the Micro-Manager Multi-D acquisition engine. The problem is, if there is a Runnable attached to the engine and I am using the pgFocus plugin, then the Multi-D acquisition never actually starts when I try to start it. Clearing the runnables from the engine allows the Multi-D acquisition to start and fixes the problem.
I don't have the information with me at the moment to reproduce the bug, but I'll supply this by the end of the day. I just wanted to make you aware of the issue. Has anyone else had this problem?
